Calibrating the Musical Body/Summon Your Muse! -- A Performance Wellness and Musical-Injury Prevention Retreat This retreat addresses musicians’ fitness from the perspective of injury prevention: Certain kinds of training typical to athletes (e.g., core strength, flexibility) are invaluable assets to a life of musicianship, especially for professionals who spend long hours on the road or in the practice studio.
